Liza at Karmic and Lilic Yoga impresses me with her extensive knowledge of yoga, her knowledge of how a body responds and is worked by different poses in yoga, and how to modify moves and poses for a person's current physical abilities.  

Liza is encouraging, enthusiastic and motivated to share her knowledge. 

I'm new to yoga and have been working with Liza for a month. I want to improve my flexibility, my balance, and improve my general well-being.

I'm seeing progress. I leave a yoga session feeling I've worked my body well and had a nice recovery in savasana which is the resting or restorative pose. 

I also feel powerful and empowered.

I had a wonderful experience in this yoga class. Starting and ending on our bellies felt grounding and comforting. The flow was very intuitive, making it easy to follow along. I appreciated how the instructor set us up to vinyasa on our own, encouraging independence in our practice. The music added a lovely, soothing touch. There were great variations provided for accessibility, making it inclusive for everyone. The class truly felt like an “offering,” allowing us to take what we needed and leave what we didn’t.
