Loose-fitting garments like leggings, shorts, tanks, or t-shirts are ideal for comfort and freedom of movement.
Avoid clothes that are too tight, as they can restrict your movements and cause discomfort.
Also, steer clear of overly loose clothing that might shift around during practice, as this can be distracting.

Ideally, you should have a water bottle, small towel, yoga mat, and some props like blocks and a belt. While we may not use them every time, these items can help make the poses easier, especially if you are just beginning.
If needed, I do have some spare blocks, belts and mats available for loan. Please bring your own towel.
